Position-Assistant Sales Manager
Experience-3 to 6 years
Qualification-Graduate
Location-Navi Mumbai
Must have experience in B2B sales, preferably in scaffolding/formwork, construction equipment, or industrial rental business.
Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in scaffolding sales and rentals across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Generate leads through market research, cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
Conduct market mapping and segment-wise customer profiling to expand customer base.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and tenders to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and long-term business.
Conduct regular follow-ups, review meetings, and on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as the key point of contact between the client and internal teams for project execution.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer service.
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, erection/dismantling, and timely project execution.
Monitor material availability, dispatch schedules, and site requirements to prevent delays.
Ensure all safety and quality standards are met during project execution.
Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing benchmarks, and upcoming projects in the territory.
Provide regular market feedback and insights to senior management for strategic planning.
