Job Title: Assistant Manager - Accounts
Company Overview
Our client is a limited company established in 2007, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The company is actively involved in slag management, metal recovery, steel mills, mining, and material handling equipment services.

• Proficiency in Excel for the preparation of financial reports and related details.

• Familiarity with SAP accounting processes.

• Regular scrutiny of the general ledger, overhead analysis, and MIS reporting.

• Oversight of SAP activities such as master data and access management.

• Management of fixed asset accounting, data analysis, and report development in coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other relevant agencies.

• Month-end closure activities including provisions.

• Basic knowledge of direct taxes, indirect taxes, Companies Act, Ind AS working, and accounting knowledge of inventory, purchase, sale, stock accounting, cash/bank payment, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.
