Accounting Graduate Fresher - Contract to Hire Role
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Fresher to join our accounting team as a Contract to Hire role for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable / Receivable, Reconciliation, and other related tasks

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist in report preparation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting queries and provide excellent customer service

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
Requirements:

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent (2022/2023/2024 pass-outs)

• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel preferred

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month

• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)

• Employment Type: Contract to hire role for 12 months

• Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
