Job Description

Accounting & Bookkeeping



Manage

day-to-day accounting entries

in Tally/ERP (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, journal entries). Handle

accounts payable & receivable

, vendor reconciliations, and client invoicing. Perform

bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and intercompany accounts

. Ensure accuracy in

monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing

.

Taxation & Compliance



Prepare and file

GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return)

. Manage

TDS deduction, return filing, and issuance of Form 16/16A

. Ensure compliance with

PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax

. Assist in

statutory, internal, and tax audits

with proper documentation.

Payroll & Employee Accounting



Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS). Maintain employee reimbursement, advances, and salary ledger.

Financial Reporting & MIS



Prepare

monthly MIS reports

- P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, aging reports. Support management in

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

.

Vendor & Client Management



Maintain vendor records, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments. Raise and track

domestic and international invoices

as per contract terms. Follow up with clients for collections and reduce outstanding receivables.

Audit & Controls



Coordinate with auditors for

statutory, internal, and tax audits

. Implement and monitor

internal controls, compliance checklists, and documentation

. Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate reports.

Key Skills Required



Strong knowledge of

Accounting Principles, Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll compliance

. Hands-on experience with

Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle / QuickBooks (as per company ERP)

. Proficiency in

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)

. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure. Excellent communication and vendor/client management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
