Openings in Tech Mahindra for Blended Process
Fresher or Min 1 yr experience in customer service in voice process and chat process
Shift timeMale - 8am to 9pm(any 10hrs)
Female 8am to 8pm(any 10hrs)
5days working, 2 rotational week offs(1 week off in training)
Job role Resolve queries and complaints of customers over calls and chat
Qualification Graduation or HSC is mandatory
Salary: 15k-20k
Note: All educational and experience documents are mandatory for background verification process
