Cascade Buildtech is seeking a confident and experienced

Female Telecaller

to join our real estate sales team at Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating with potential clients to support the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details Handle inbound inquiries and maintain timely follow-ups Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Maintain and update client database (CRM) Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience Meet daily and monthly call targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
