The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain the company's project and answer queries.
Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales opportunities.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and site visits.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support, or Sales Executive preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
