We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Blue Island SPA, a premier body spa in Bangalore. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of high-quality spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized treatments that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional spa services including massages, facials, body wraps, exfoliations, and other treatments. Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their health and wellness goals. Provide a serene, welcoming, and relaxing environment for clients. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa. Ensure all equipment and products are properly sanitized and maintained. Stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends and techniques. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients leave feeling relaxed and satisfied. Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role. Certification in massage therapy, skincare, or other relevant areas. Knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and a passion for wellness. Professional demeanor and appearance. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
