Female Center Manager

at one of our fitness centers in

salem

Qualification:

Any Degree

Experience:

6 to 10 years (preferably in Fitness / Sales)

Salary:

?18,000 - ?24,000 per month

Gender:

Female candidates only

Shift Timings:

6:00 AM - 2:45 PM 11:45 AM - 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly revenue targets Assign and monitor team targets effectively Promote high-quality sales and customer service Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Ensure customer retention and satisfaction Conduct member engagement and fitness activities Handle daily operations, cash maintenance, and reports Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively Maintain smooth functioning of the fitness center

Requirements

Experience in

sales or customer service

(fitness field preferred) Excellent

communication, leadership, and problem-solving

skills Knowledge of

CRM practices

Customer-focused and target-driven mindset Bachelor's Degree
