Internship Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development & HR Associate Intern
who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to gain real-world exposure in
sales, partnerships, recruitment, and HR operations

Key Responsibilities Business Development (BD)
Identify and research potential clients, startups, and business partners
Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp & calling
Support sales outreach, follow-ups, and proposal coordination
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Help in pitching SkilledHyre's digital marketing & IT services
HR & Talent Operations
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT & marketing roles
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding documentation and HR processes
Assist in employer branding & internship hiring campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Final-year student (BCA,MBA, BBA, HR, Marketing preferred)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic understanding of
sales, HR, or recruitment
Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
