We are looking for a

Business Development Associate - Intern

who is eager to learn sales, client communication, and business growth strategies in the IT and digital marketing domain. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real client interactions and conversion-driven business development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and researching potential clients Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms Learn and pitch SkilledHyre's digital marketing and IT services Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets Coordinate with marketing and technical teams Support in closing deals under senior guidance
Skills & Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed graduation (Any stream) Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and IT services Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services is a plus Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
