Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Female Accountant with basic accounting knowledge and good communication skills to join our team. Candidates with any degree and freshers are welcome, while 2-3 years of experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Accounting: Prepare and maintain financial records including financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Reconciliation: Compare internal records with external documents to identify and resolve discrepancies

Data Entry: Record transactions, journal entries, and create invoices

Clerical Tasks: Handle mail, scanning, photocopying, and basic administrative work

Customer Service: Communicate with customers and vendors about invoices and payments

Payroll Assistance: Verify timesheets, calculate leave days, and assist in preparing salary details

Office Management: Manage petty cash, schedule appointments, and meet deadlines

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and quarterly financial reports

Documentation: Maintain and update procedural documentation for accounting tasks

Requirements:

Any degree with basic accounting knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office and Tally

Intermediate English communication skills

Ability to draft professional emails

Freshers can apply; 1- 2years experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
