Handle technical support, troubleshooting, and service visits at customer sites
Install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and office team for smooth operations
Prepare visit reports, service documentation, and customer updates
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong relationships
Follow company process for visit planning, approvals, and reporting
Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields
1-5 years of experience in service, maintenance, technical support, or industrial products (preferred)
