Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver curriculum-aligned lesson plans for English language and literature across grades IX to XII.

• Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback.

• Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.

• Collaborate with colleagues in departmental meetings to develop teaching strategies and improve pedagogical practices.

• Support students with individual learning needs and provide additional academic guidance when required.

• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities as per school guidelines.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Master's degree in English (M.A. in English) from a recognized university.

• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, literature, and effective communication.

• Basic understanding of curriculum frameworks (e.g., Punjab School Education Board - PSEB).

• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student-centered learning.

• Ability to create engaging and inclusive classroom environments.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and classroom management.

• Freshers with strong academic records and teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply.
