Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize listings across sales channels: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.
Maintain and optimize our Shopify/Website store.
Create, manage, and scale PPC campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display).
Strategize and run Meta Ads for conversions, traffic, and remarketing.
Monitor KPIs: ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CPA, etc.
Prepare weekly performance reports and growth plans.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for campaign assets.
Keep track of market trends and competitor strategy.
Required Skills
Proven experience in E-commerce operations (min. 2-3 years).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads (PPC, Shopping) and Meta Ads.
Familiar with listing SEO, keywords research, and content optimization.
Excellent analytical skills using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, etc.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
Strong communication and execution abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Helium10, or Make.com.
Knowledge of marketplaces' ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Worked with lifestyle, spiritual, or wellness product categories.
