• Experience 2+ years experience in DP Audit or DP Operations

:-

• Candidate should be involved in DP Audit & Compliance assurance services for various SEBI registered intermediaries

• Actively involved in Online and Offline Account opening verification (Individual and Non- Individual Clients) with CKYC and KRA verification of demat accounts

• Examination of Client data modification, Closure, Freezing & Unfreezing, Demat, Remat & Conversion, Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS), Pledge & Unpledged and Account transmission / Account transfers

• Help design, implement and maintain DP Audit Procedures and risk assessment processes. Drive improvements by demonstrating a strong functional grasp and expert knowledge of the audit process, risk and controls.

• Independently debrief stakeholders on the audit's findings and conclusions. Manage the audit team to guarantee high quality and prompt delivery.

• Regularly assess and keep an eye on the auditing processes to make sure they adhere to the established criteria and implementing various circulars issued by NSDL/CDSL/Exchange/ SEBI

• Other Details, which we should know (age limit, field work, demographics, language fluency, specific industry to source from etc.) Audit assignment or client will be assigned based on the candidate's location.
