Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our security operations team, focusing on data loss prevention (DLP) and cloud access security broker (CASB) solutions. This role is critical in safeguarding sensitive organizational data by ensuring robust detection, prevention, and response mechanisms are in place across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining data security posture, validating incident responses, and contributing to proactive threat mitigation strategies. Your expertise will directly impact the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of enterprise data.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to data security alerts and incidents using DLP and CASB tools.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize DLP and CASB policies to align with organizational compliance and risk requirements.

• Investigate and validate security incidents, ensuring accurate classification and timely remediation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection controls and improve security workflows.

• Provide regular reporting and insights on data security trends, risks, and incident resolution metrics.

• Stay updated on emerging threats and evolving security best practices in cloud and data protection domains.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data security operations, with a focus on DLP and CASB technologies.

• Proven experience in incident troubleshooting, validation, and response within enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of data classification, data governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration of security tools within cloud ecosystems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
