Darwin Box Support Specialist
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Darwin Box Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, managing complex configurations and integrations, and driving process improvements. This is a remote position, requiring 2-7 years of experience in Darwinbox implementation/support or HRMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex configurations, integrations, and system issues

• Handle escalations from L1 team and provide timely resolutions

• Provide process improvements, best practices, and advisory support to end-users

• Coordinate with the Darwinbox vendor/product team when required

• Act as the first point of contact for Darwin Box end-users and handle basic troubleshooting

• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support

• Assist with user account management and routine admin tasks

Requirements
Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in Darwinbox implementation/support or HRMS platforms

• Strong technical skills and ability to manage complex configurations and integrations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with user account management and routine admin tasks
