About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter Cum Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure all components meet quality and safety standards. This role demands hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements. Select tools, load materials, and make precise machine adjustments as needed. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues promptly. Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications

7-10 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Setter or Operator. Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with strong quality orientation. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
