Multi Cuisine Chef

-Prepare and cook dishes from a variety of culinary traditions.

-Develop and design new menu items that reflect diverse cuisines.

-Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.

-Manage and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.

-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients.

-Monitor food costs and inventory to maximize efficiency.

-Collaborate with the restaurant management to plan special events and seasonal menus.
