Providing customer support over the phone or an Email
Answer queries about products or the company.
Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication

Good communication skills.
Attending customer queries / sales over the phone and providing solutions through calls.
Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
Previous experience in Customer service and tele sales profile will be an added advantage.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
You will need to speak to customers about a product\'s different features and answer any questions they might have.
