- Interface with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls for resolving the queries and providing accurate solution.
- Providing customer support over the phone or an Email
- Answer queries about products or the company.
- Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
- Good communication skills.
- Attending customer queries / sales over the phone and providing solutions through calls.
- Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
- Previous experience in Customer service and tele sales profile will be an added advantage.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- You will need to speak to customers about a product\'s different features and answer any questions they might have.
