Summary:
The Sales Executive (Construction Chemicals Division) plays a pivotal role in driving market expansion and revenue growth for our esteemed client. Based in Sambalpur, Odisha, this position is central to strengthening the brand's presence across key distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new dealers, ensuring optimal product availability, and executing strategic sales initiatives that enhance market penetration and profitability. By closely monitoring market dynamics, competitor activities, and dealer performance, the Sales Executive will contribute to sustainable business growth while fostering strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market reach and deepen penetration in target regions.
  • Analyze annual sales performance against prior-year benchmarks and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Oversee product sales activities to drive volume and value growth across the assigned territory.
  • Support dealers in achieving sales goals through training, guidance, and regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely seeding of new products through the correct distribution channels.
  • Maintain consistent SKU availability at key retail and distribution outlets.
  • Design and execute sales promotion programs to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor dealer profitability in alignment with organizational policies and business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly territory reports, including insights on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Conduct retail audits to evaluate market potential, assess competitor sales performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Resolve dealer concerns promptly to ensure smooth and productive business relationships.
Requirements
Requirements:
  • Graduate (B.Tech / B.Sc) with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, with proven experience in the construction chemicals or cement industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing dealers and distributors.
  • Strong understanding of sales planning, market analysis, and promotional execution.
  • Proficient in territory management, retail audits, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
