Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• - Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• - Provide regular sales reports to Management
• - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the Company's products
• - Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance the Company's market presence
• - Develop young talent (mentorship)

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of downstream steel
• - Good communication skills
• - Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
• - String business acumen and negotiation skills
• - MS Office suite
• - Multiple languages are a bonus!

Other details:

• Area- PAN India
• Job location- Mumbai
• Work Timings - 11 AM to 6 PM
• Working Days - Monday to Sat
• Reporting to GM- Sales
