Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for basic outbound calling, communicating with prospective clients, and supporting sales activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Communicate clearly to explain products/services and handle basic queries
Provide customer support and follow-ups as required
Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Participate in basic sales training and team discussions
Eligibility & Requirements
Postgraduate qualification (mandatory)
Experience: Fresher to 1 year in sales or customer interaction roles
Excellent verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Hindi
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette
Willingness to work from the office location in Tardeo
Working Details
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week (Alternate Saturdays working)
