Urgent Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice)

Location:

Malad west Mumbai (Work From Office)

Shift:

Rotational Night Shift (6 am to 6 pm - any 9 hours shift)

Qualification:

Graduation Mandatory

Experience:

Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Salary:

18,000 -
30,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview)

Working Days:

5 Days (2 rotational week-offs)

Job Role:

Handle customer queries via calls/emails/chats. Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of interactions. Meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Comfortable with night shift & working from office. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM). Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
