The '_

Process Control Executive_' will manage the complete customer order cycle: PI acceptance to dispatch, including artwork, SO/PO confirmation, vendor/production follow-up, and receiving. This role is the central coordinator, ensuring timely execution, early delay notification, stakeholder alignment (BDMs, Designers, Pricing, Purchase, Vendors, Dispatch), and process speed/accuracy. It requires strong follow-up, data accuracy, discipline, and communication.

Responsibilities:

You'll be the central link between Sales, Design, Purchase, Vendors, and Dispatch, ensuring every order moves through the lifecycle without delays. Track and update all key milestones: PI acceptance ? artwork approval ? SO confirmation ? PO S4A ? PO approval ? PO issuance ? PMPO ? production follow-up ? RCV ? dispatch. Maintain the master tracker with accurate dates, TAT monitoring, and delay escalation. Drive timely follow-ups with BDMs, Designers, Pricing, Purchase Head, Accounts & vendors to keep each stageon schedule. Flag bottlenecks early, highlight risk orders, and share daily status reports with management. Coordinate cross-functionally to keep documentation, email trails, and Zoho/Walter Jarvis entries up to date. Support process discipline by ensuring teams follow the defined workflow and timeline structure consistently.
