Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of spare parts
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers/ERP systems
Ensure timely availability of spare parts for service and customer requirements
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for ordering and replenishment
Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum inventory, and aging of parts
Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up on deliveries
Handle spare parts billing, invoicing, and warranty-related documentation
Support service team with parts identification and technical details
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of spare parts
