Key Responsibilities
Engage with UK stakeholders to understand and document business processes
Identify automation opportunities and assess process feasibility
Create
Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
and detailed functional specifications
Translate business requirements into automation-ready workflows
Support Automation Engineers during development and testing phases
Prepare
Test Plans
, support UAT, and assist in defect analysis
Maintain delivery artefacts, traceability, and audit-ready documentation
Ensure adherence to defined
quality, security, and delivery standards
Mandatory Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst on RPA / Automation projects
Strong hands-on experience with
Automation Anywhere
(A360 preferred)
Proven expertise in
PDD creation and process mapping
Good understanding of
RPA lifecycle, SDLC, and testing concepts
Experience working in
structured, governed delivery environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Good to Have
Automation Anywhere certification (Advanced / Master)
Experience working with
UK or European stakeholders
Exposure to
GDPR-aligned or regulated delivery environments
Background in enterprise or CoE-based RPA programs
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
