Hiring Asst. Factory Manager For (JK Masale)

Location: Jalan Complex, Domjur.

Salary: 55,000-65,000 in hand

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

Oversee and supervise

all shift operations

to ensure continuous, uninterrupted production. Lead

production planning

, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw material availability and inventory levels.

Monitor machine utilization

to minimize downtime and improve output.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Maintain strict adherence to

quality, hygiene, and safety standards

(including FSSAI and internal GMP). Ensure

statutory compliance

and proper documentation (safety, labor, environment). Conduct regular safety and quality audits.

Cost & Efficiency

Implement

cost control measures

, minimize wastage, and drive process optimization. Monitor raw material usage, yield, and product quality.

Leadership & Team Management

Mentor, motivate, and lead

supervisors and factory staff

for high performance and accountability. Train teams in process standards and safety procedures. Maintain good coordination with QA, maintenance, HR, and dispatch teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Graduate degree required.

Experience:

Typically,

8-10+ years in factory/plant management

, preferably in FMCG or food/spice manufacturing. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Familiar with

ERP systems

, production dashboards, and compliance documentation. Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multi-shift operations.
