Hiring for Assistant General Manager - Marketing & Customer Experience
This role is a central leadership position overseeing the complete marketing engine for both Tamira Aesthetic Hospitals and the AesthatiQ Virtual Aesthetic Platform. The AGM will directly drive revenue-linked marketing outcomes for Tamira while simultaneously architecting and scaling the marketing ecosystem for AesthatiQ, which goes live on January 27. This position requires a hands-on digital marketer who can lead, execute, analyse, and build a future-ready team.
Role Purpose
The Assistant General Manager - Marketing & Customer Experience (AGM-MCE) will:
Lead all marketing, digital, performance, CRM, and customer-experience operations for Tamira.
Build and launch the AesthatiQ marketing ecosystem, including brand, acquisition, and clinic onboarding.
Manage internal staff, agencies, CRM, call centre, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Own top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel performance, ensuring revenue growth, CAC optimisation and platform adoption.
Gradually build a scalable organisational structure that will later split into dedicated teams for Tamira and AesthatiQ.
Key Responsibilities
A. Leadership & Strategic Direction
Build unified marketing vision across Tamira + AesthatiQ.
Create quarterly and annual marketing plans tied to revenue and platform KPIs.
Establish SOPs, reporting dashboards, and weekly performance cycles.
Guide hiring, training, and expansion of the marketing organisation.
B. Performance Marketing & Digital Execution (Hands-On)
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer and native channels.
Manage attribution, analytics, remarketing, pixel/SDK setups.
Reduce CAC and improve ROAS across all service categories and clinic clusters.
Use data-driven decision-making to optimise campaigns in real-time.
C. Tamira Growth & Revenue Responsibility
Own lead-generation volumes, lead quality, CAC, and funnel conversions.
Collaborate with CRM and call centre teams to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop service-wise and region-wise marketing strategies.
Strengthen Tamira's brand across Instagram, YouTube, website, and offline events.
D. AesthatiQ Platform Marketing (Jan Launch + Scale Phase)
Lead brand identity, awareness, and communication strategy.
Manage clinic acquisition, onboarding campaigns, and partner engagement.
Drive patient acquisition funnels for multiple clinics on the platform.
Work with tech/product teams on UI/UX, content modules, marketing automations and integrations.
E. CRM & Customer Experience Ownership
Oversee CRM workflows, lead scoring, routing, and automation.
Implement WhatsApp, email, SMS, and reactivation journeys.
Improve follow-up efficiency and ensure exceptional patient experience.
Monitor conversion ratios at every stage.
F. Content, Creative & Communications
Supervise creation of content calendars, educational doctor-led content and brand films.
Ensure cohesive narrative across Tamira and AesthatiQ.
Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for output quality.
G. Team, Agency & Vendor Management
Manage internal staff including marketing executive/clinical marketing lead.
Liaise with agencies including Madras Media and Setu's team.
Implement KPI-linked evaluations for agencies and internal teams.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts for cost efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills
8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, growth leadership or customer acquisition.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience is mandatory.
Preferred backgrounds: healthcare, wellness, e-commerce, consumer-tech, marketplace platforms.
Experience in managing multi-location marketing or aggregator ecosystems is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
Analytics: GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker.
CRM systems: Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent.
Strong understanding of P&L, ROI, CAC, funnel metrics.
Marketing automation, WhatsApp API, and campaign orchestration tools.

AGM will transition into a senior role overseeing both verticals or lead one based on strengths and org structure.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing / Digital Strategy preferred.
Certifications in Google or Meta advertising tools are an advantage.
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
Successful execution of AesthatiQ Go-Live marketing.
20-25% improvement in quality lead flow for Tamira.
15-20% reduction in CAC across categories.
CRM follow-up efficiency improvement with automation deployed.
Clinic onboarding and engagement metrics met for AesthatiQ.
Strong, unified brand presence established across both entities.
