Responsibilities:
Installation & configuration of Jio AirFiber and other devices
Manage IT setup and maintenance independently
Coordinate with internal teams and clients
Product pitching and cross-selling support
Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Provide basic technical support to clients
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Computer course/certificate
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
