Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise students/parents about their learning needs through a counselling session.
- Should be capable of counselling Proper details about the course and countries according to the student's budget.
- Candidate should be a Quick Learner.
- Fix appointments and conduct sessions either online or in the office.
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of students and parents behaviour.
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.
- Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation.
- Working with individuals, families or groups
- Keeping confidential records of every student.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with client
- Listening to clients' concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way
- Candidate should have Effective oral and written communication skills
- Candidates with an experience will be preferred
- Candidates should have a good command over email communication.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Should be Confident enough to talk to the client face to face.
- Day shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
