Score Merit is seeking a highly experienced Abacus Mentor to guide, train and support our Abacus teachers and contribute to curriculum enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide Abacus teachers to elevate teaching quality.
Conduct structured training sessions for new and existing teachers.
Review and improve teaching strategies, worksheets and session plans.
Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure consistency across levels.
Support curriculum development and academic documentation.
Monitor teacher performance and provide constructive feedback.
Help develop student evaluation methods and learning pathways.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Abacus education.
Proven track record of training teachers in Abacus.
Proven track record of training students across various levels.
Proven track record of curriculum development in Abacus.
Experience as a Master Trainer is highly preferred.
Strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online academic platforms.
