PLC SCADA Engineer (Back Office xe2x80x93 Automation)Location: Chandigarh NCRKey Skills: PLC Programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text), SCADA Systems (WinCC, Wonderware), Automation Protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC), SQL Experience: 2+ years in automation environments, preferably in back-office rolesData Entry and Management:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and other relevant data.Order Processing:Handling customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with logistics and other departments.Reporting:Generating sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends.Coordination:Working with the sales team, other departments (like marketing or customer service), and external vendors.Customer Support:Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to clients.Sales Support:Assisting the sales team with scheduling, preparing presentations, and other sales-related tasks.Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
