Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, emails, and meetings- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients- Maintain client records, reports, and documentation- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality- Support sales and marketing campaigns- Build and maintain long-term client relationships- Maintain professional communication standards at all times Roles:- Represent Hippo Cloud Technologies professionally in all client interactions- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication- Understand client needs and communicate them internally- Support business development and revenue growth initiatives- Maintain brand image and service excellence- Contribute to team targets and organizational goals- Participate in internal meetings, training, and performance reviews Requirements:- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Must be willing to work from office (WFO)- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, CRM preferred)- Strong confidence, professionalism, and positive attitude- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or client handling is an advantage (ref:updazz.com)
