Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Lead at Volta, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. Your expertise in data-driven marketing will be essential in overseeing campaigns across social media, search engine marketing, email, and other digital channels. Your leadership will guide the team to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring continuous growth for Volta.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Volta's growth goals.
Manage campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media, SEO, display advertising, and email marketing.
Allocate the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient resource distribution and campaign performance optimization.
Lead Generation & User Acquisition:
Drive customer acquisition strategies, optimizing conversion funnels for maximum ROI.
Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track and refine campaigns, focusing on improving lead generation through audience segmentation and personalized messaging.
Content Creation & Optimization:
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and advertisements.
Lead content strategy for email marketing to ensure that all communication is customer-centric and performance-driven.
Optimize the website's content and user experience (UX/UI) to boost engagement and conversions.
Campaign Management & Analytics:
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing metrics to improve performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data, creating regular reports for senior management on campaign performance and key learnings.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring messaging and marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute large-scale campaigns effectively.
Brand Awareness & Reputation Management:
Enhance Volta's online presence and reputation by managing brand visibility, engagement, and advocacy.
Lead content marketing and influencer partnerships to improve Volta's brand image and reach across digital platforms.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tech or ride-hailing industry.
Proven success in running digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid digital channels.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in performance marketing and eCommerce.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of A/B testing and customer segmentation strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Increased website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
ROI from paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
Growth in social media engagement and followers.
High open rates, click-through rates, and conversions from email campaigns.
Cost per acquisition (CPA) and lifetime value (LTV) of acquired users.
