Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and assist with queries, requests, and complaints.
Register service requests and complaints accurately in the CRM system.
Educate customers about bank products, services, and ongoing offers.
Generate leads and cross-sell/up-sell relevant banking products.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and process guidelines.
