Position: Telecaller Executive

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi

Preference: Male candidates preferred

Salary:

Freshers: ?10,000 - ?12,000/month Experienced: ?12,000 - ?14,000/month Incentives: Attractive incentive structure based on performance
Job Role:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Clearly explain products and services in Hindi Convince and convert leads into sales Resolve customer queries politely and effectively Keep proper records of calls and conversions Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass Age: 18 to 30 years Fresher or experienced - both can apply Must have good communication skills in Hindi
Skills Required:

Confident speaking in Hindi Good persuasion and listening skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to handle customer objections
