Job Title: Hindi Telecaller (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Hindi-speaking Telecallers (Freshers) to join our growing team in Thane West. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over phone calls. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers in Hindi language. Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling/BPO will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be preferred). Good listening skills and customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹13,000 - ?18,000 per month. Attractive incentives based on performance. Training and development support. Fixed/rotational shifts (as per process).
Age Limit: 18 - 32 years
