We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive with prior experience in software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining software products or services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for software products.
? Explain features, benefits, and pricing of software solutions clearly and persuasively.
? Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp as needed.
? Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
? Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
? Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
? Handle customer queries and provide prompt responses.
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Proven experience (1-3 years) in telecalling, preferably in software/SaaS product sales.
? Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English.
? Good understanding of software products and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
? Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
? Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
? Ability to handle objections and turn around difficult conversations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
