Roles & Responsibilities of a Hindi TeacherAcademic Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi language lessons as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE / ICSE / State Board).
Teach Hindi grammar (???????), prose, poetry, literature, and composition.
Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching aids.
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct regular tests, exams, and oral assessments.
Evaluate classwork, homework, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Provide remedial teaching and additional support to slow learners.
Classroom Management
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
Encourage active participation and confidence in using Hindi.
Promote respectful communication and good behavior.
Student Development
Foster interest in Hindi language and Indian culture.
Encourage creative expression through:

Debates and speeches
Develop moral values and cultural awareness through literature.
Co-Curricular Activities
