Responsibilities
:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons according to the curriculum.
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and teaching materials.
Teach reading, writing, grammar, and spoken Hindi effectively.
Assess students' progress through classwork, assignments, and examinations.
Encourage student participation and creativity through storytelling, activities, and discussions.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Hindi / Education / or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).
Proven experience teaching Hindi to primary and/or middle school students.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a CBSE / ICSE / State Board curriculum.
Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
