About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to conduct engaging after-school classes for students. The teacher will focus on enhancing students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi, while also fostering a love for the language and its cultural richness.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver interactive Hindi lessons for students across different age groups (primary, middle, and/or high school, as applicable). Focus on building language fundamentals: vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, reading comprehension, and creative writing. Enhance students' conversational skills through role plays, storytelling, and discussions. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that make learning enjoyable and effective. Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians. Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related cultural activities, recitation, and competitions. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment during after-school sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Hindi, Education, or related field. Prior teaching experience in Hindi (school/tuition/after-school program preferred). Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English for instructions. Ability to make learning engaging and age-appropriate. Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.

Working Hours

After-school hours (e.g., 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.) on weekdays. Flexible scheduling based on program needs.
