Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction:

Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with curriculum objectives. Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, and composition based on grade level. Use creative teaching strategies including storytelling, role play, group work, and multimedia resources. Integrate cultural elements (festivals, poetry, history) to enhance language learning. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities in a timely manner.

Classroom Management:

Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate them to students. Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies and create a safe, respectful learning environment. Monitor student behavior and apply appropriate behavior management strategies.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress. Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and participation. Prepare report cards and provide feedback to students and parents.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature / Education (required). B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience. Proficiency in Hindi and basic to fluent English.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
