Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed) with specialization in Hindi or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated experience of 1 to 3 years in teaching Hindi at primary or secondary levels
• Proficiency in Hindi Language Instruction with a strong grasp of curriculum delivery
• Proficient in Curriculum Development and effective Lesson Planning techniques
• Strong Communication Skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
• Excellent Classroom Management skills to maintain discipline and create a conducive learning environment
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in TGT Hindi teaching methodology
• Ability to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment through innovative teaching strategies

• Plan and conduct Hindi language lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum
• Develop creative and engaging lesson plans that facilitate student understanding and retention
• Evaluate and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback as needed
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of education and student outcomes
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
