Job Description

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and academic standards. Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and literature in Hindi. Prepare teaching materials, classroom activities, and homework assignments. Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and individual support to students as needed. Foster a classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and respect. Incorporate audio-visual aids, storytelling, and modern teaching tools to enhance learning. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership for student development and school activities. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school functions, and professional development programs. Ensure discipline and uphold academic integrity and ethical teaching standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi or a related field. B.Ed. or a recognized teaching qualification (preferred). Proven experience as a Hindi teacher, preferably in a school or academic institution. Excellent command of Hindi grammar, literature, and spoken language. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to engage students and make learning interactive and enjoyable. Proficiency with digital tools and educational software (desirable).
