Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons for Middle School (Cambridge/IGCSE/Lower Secondary).
Teach Hindi language skills including
reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and literature
.
Align instruction with curriculum standards and personalize learning to meet diverse student needs.
Create and use engaging, age-appropriate instructional materials and activities.
Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate academic records.
Encourage student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
Establish a safe, supportive, and respectful classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and school activities.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, behavior, and achievements.
Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
Support the school's vision, values, and policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
Cambridge teaching experience or certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum
2-4 years of teaching experience
, preferably in middle school.
Experience with
Cambridge/IGCSE/International curricula
is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in Hindi language pedagogy and modern teaching strategies.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
