Vadi Husna Public School, Koduvally



As a Hindi Teacher at Vadi Husna Public School, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Hindi language and literature across various age groups. You will play a key role in supporting students' linguistic, cultural, and holistic development, while nurturing a deep appreciation for the Hindi language in alignment with the school's ethos and academic standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction and Curriculum Delivery



Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate Hindi lessons in accordance with CBSE curriculum and school guidelines. Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and spoken Hindi through varied and interactive methodologies. Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels from the Foundation Stage to Senior Secondary students. Integrate moral values, cultural awareness, and national identity into Hindi instruction. Prepare detailed weekly lesson plans and submit them for review to the HoD/HoS/Principal. Conduct regular assessments through written tasks, oral presentations, quizzes, and exams to monitor students' progress in language skills. Align all teaching content and practices with the school's curriculum goals and religious values.

Student Support and Development



Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and love for the Hindi language. Identify and support students who need additional help or show exceptional ability in Hindi. Promote correct pronunciation, effective communication, and confidence in using Hindi in both academic and social settings. Guide students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and cultural sensitivity through literature and language activities.

Event Planning and Co-Curricular Involvement



Organize and support school events such as Hindi Diwas, literary competitions, drama performances, debates, and elocution contests. Train students for inter-school Hindi competitions and literary festivals. Contribute to planning school assemblies with Hindi speeches, skits, or cultural presentations. Participate in co-curricular activities that involve creative writing, storytelling, or Hindi club initiatives.

Health, Safety, and Supervision



Maintain discipline and ensure student safety in classrooms, corridors, and during school events. Supervise students during break times, field trips, assemblies, and dispersal duties as assigned. Report any health or behavioral concerns promptly to appropriate authorities. Ensure classroom resources and materials are used and stored safely.

Communication and Collaboration



Communicate respectfully and effectively with students, parents, and staff in English and Hindi as required. Collaborate with class teachers, coordinators, and house mentors for student development and academic planning. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum planning workshops. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' academic progress and behavior.

Professional Conduct and Compliance



Complete 50 hours of annual CBSE-mandated training and stay updated with new teaching strategies, language pedagogy, and NEP guidelines. Maintain accurate academic records including attendance, assessments, and student portfolios. Refrain from using mobile phones during school hours, especially in the presence of students. Use the school's ERP/email system for all official communication and encourage others to do the same. Adhere to school policies, code of conduct, and guidelines regarding punctuality, leave-taking, and professional behavior. Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Principal or HoS, including cafeteria duty, bus supervision, and prayer hall discipline.

Inclusivity and Character Building



Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students of varied linguistic backgrounds and learning abilities. Foster respect, empathy, cooperation, and cultural appreciation through literature and class discussions. Celebrate student achievements in Hindi through certificates, displays, and public recognition during assemblies.
