- Assistant/Associate Professor in Hindi

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Assistant/Associate Professor in Hindi to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, guiding students, contributing to academic research, and supporting departmental development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Teach core and elective Hindi language and literature courses. Develop lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools. Mentor students in academic projects, seminars, and assignments. Participate in curriculum development and academic planning. Engage in research, publications, and academic conferences. Conduct examinations, evaluate student performance, and maintain records. Organize and support departmental events, workshops, and cultural programs. Contribute to institutional committees and academic initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Hindi (Ph.D. preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution. Strong command of Hindi language, literature, grammar, and pedagogy. Excellent teaching, communication, and classroom management skills. Research experience and publications will be an added advantage.

Ability to design interactive and engaging learning experiences. Proficiency in digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms. Strong mentoring and academic counselling abilities. Commitment to academic excellence and professional growth.
