Key Responsibilities:

Teach Hindi Core / Hindi Elective and Sanskrit (Shastri / Core) as per CBSE/ISC/State Board curriculum for Class 11 & 12. Design lesson plans, activities, and assignments that promote language skills and literary appreciation. Deliver engaging and clear instruction in both languages, including grammar, prose, poetry, and composition. Prepare students for board exams through regular tests, revision sessions, and feedback. Help students develop reading, writing, speaking, and interpretation skills in Hindi and Sanskrit. Guide students in project work, debates, recitations, and Sanskrit shloka chanting. Maintain academic records, attendance, and internal assessment documentation. Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and school events. Promote cultural values and linguistic heritage through classroom activities and discussions. Incorporate modern teaching aids, including digital tools and e-learning platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi and/or Sanskrit (B.A./M.A.). B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at higher secondary level (preferred). Familiarity with CBSE/ISC/State Board syllabus and marking scheme.

Strong grammar, literary, and linguistic command in both Hindi and Sanskrit. Excellent written and spoken communication. Effective teaching and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students with cultural stories and language-rich content. Comfortable with using digital teaching platforms and smart class tools.
